I LOVED Detransition, Baby so much that I read it twice (and I hardly ever reread books). Thanks for the recs, I just added several to my to-read list. I recommend Liars by Sarah Manguso - it transfixed me like a 90s-era Apple desktop screensaver.
This was an intriguing book list, and I now have several titles I want to read! The one title I recognized (AND LOVED SO MUCH) was "Margo's Got Money Troubles." What a gem!

+1 for Margo. She was a protagonist that stayed with me in 2024. I read Worry as well. It cut to the quick on some of those family tensions.
